Oooh My God!! A newborn baby with its umbilical cord still attached was found on Sunday dumped in Niger state....The baby was discovered at Kwantagora, Niger state, after the mum allegedly dropped it with the umbilical cord still attached. The child was later picked up by some state's security agents.
